Product description
The most popular are won ton, Chinese rolls filled with pork or prawns (or a mix). Won ton can be deep fried or cooked in water and served with chicken stock.

Ingredients
Dough:
2 cups flour
50 g boiling water
25 g cold water
15 ml oil
½ tsp salt
Stuffing:
250 g prawns
250 g minced pork
15 ml soy sauce
15 ml sesame oil
15 ml rice wine
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp chopped leeks
Sauce:
60 g rice vinegar
30 g water
2 tbsp ginger
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp chilli paste
1 tsp sugar
Sesame oil
Preparation
- Mix flour with salt, add first boiling water, then cold and oil. Knead dough, let sit under cover for 30 minutes. Roll the cake and cut into 5 cm squares.
- Peel fresh prawns, chop them and mix well with minced pork and remaining ingredients.
- On each square of dough put a small ball of stuffing, fold into a triangle, press the sides, stick corners (just like ravioli).
- Heat oil in a frying pan, brown rolls, then add a little water and let cook under cover until ready.
ServingMix the sauce ingredients and serve cold. Rolls should be dipped in cold sauce.
