What can we do?

In order to improve the skin colour, you should eat tomatoes, carrots, spinach, leafy greens and oranges. They do not only contain carotene, but they can strengthen the resistance which is in the body, and they can protect us from development of cancer. It is important to have at least 5 servings of vegetables and fruit a day. We can also follow Japanese cuisine, where they allow themselves to have 10 servings of greens every day. Thanks to a well suited diet, we will be able to have light and shiny complexion.
