At this time, vegetables that are consumed provide the necessary vitamins to protect our bodies from colds and flus. A tasty and colourful meal is a good way to ward off autumn depression. Increasingly longer evenings are also conducive to meeting with friends and enjoying specially prepared dinners that should not lack in vegetables.
