Recipe for Tzatziki – wonderful and easy sauce, on the basis of yoghurt, fresh cucumber, seasoned with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.

It is ideal for a snack at lunch time, bringing back memories of holidays in Greek islands of Kos or Crete.

Ingredients
375 ml natural yoghurt
2 cucumbers
6 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon wine vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
- Peel cucumbers, shred them, extract water, add salt.
- Add thinly chopped garlic with wine vinegar and yoghurt. Mix everything. Add oil, mix again.
Serving:Serve cooled.
Can be decorated with an olive or three slices of cucumber.
