1 turkey leg
1 tin of corn
bamboo sprouts
Winter savoury
seasonal Spice
gyros seasoning
Preparation
- Remove skin from the leg, rub in czubrica, seasoning, then let cool a couple of hours in the refrigerator.
- Place it in a roasting pan, put it in a hot oven and roast.
- Cool the meat and cut it into strips.
Fry the meat in a pan with corn and bamboo sprouts, season to taste.
Serving:Served with Greek salad, tzatziki sauce, rice or chips and pita bread.
