This will satisfy your hunger, but allow you to stay within the correct calorie level. This diet contains products that are low in calories but rich in nutrients, such as vegetables and fruit.
Change your life The diet should be accompanied by regular exercise and inclined towards an active lifestyle. Therefore it is recommended to limit driving the car and to walk as often as possible. It’s worth it to limit the amount of stress in our lives. Stress is one of the factors that leads us in our daily life to form wrong and often harmful eating habits.
Breakfast:
scrambled eggs made with 3 eggs, 2 wholemeal rolls, 200 ml skimmed milk
Snack:
banana
Lunch:
grilled turkey meat sandwich without sauce and cooked vegetables
Afternoon snack:
a bowl of strawberries, grapes or raspberries
Supper:
60 g of steamed salmon, salad and one whole grain roll
