Ingredients
300 g masa harina or corn flour with potato starch.
150 – 170 ml look warm water
Preparation
- Mix masa harina with water. Make nice soft dough, it shouldn’t stick to fingers. If too sticky, add a little flour, if too dry, add water.
- Form a ball, cover the dough and let stand for 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 10 equal pieces, form a ball with each piece, pin them into flat cakes, 15 centimetres wide.
- Bake them on a dry frying pan, medium heat, 2-3 minutes, each side, until dark spots appear. If it starts to bulge, cover with another pan.
Serving:Cover tortillas with a cloth, to keep them warm and do not let them dry.
