Recipe for Tiramisu – this desert is ideal for lunch. Traditionally it is served well frozen with espresso.
Product description

It can revive anyone. Contrary to all beliefs, it is not difficult to prepare it but it can bring back memories of holidays on snowy hills of Dolomites or sandy beaches of Sicily.

Ingredients

100 ml amaretto
60 g mascarpone cheese
6 tablespoon instant coffee
4 egg yolks
120 g powdered sugar
250 g biscuits
2 glasses water -cooled
cocoa

Preparation
  • Mix well egg yolks with sugar until white, then add mascarpone and mix it on until getting smooth consistency.
  • Dissolve coffee in a bowl with a little bit of water, cool it, add amaretto and cooled water. Soak biscuits in this punch and put them in layers, covering each layer with mascarpone cream
  • Put the cream into a refrigerator and wait until it sits.


Serving:Sprinkle everything with cocoa before serving.
