Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese practice aimed mainly at active meditation.
Tai chi exercise improve  your blood circulation, breathing and motor system. 
 
 
It creates a different view on our physical fitness and offers a new type of exercises, that are slow, designed to exercise the body, stretch and flex the muscles, but above all they improve, your blood circulation, breathing and motor system and eventually the way you feel.


Concentration and calm

Tai Chi is believed to be a kind of martial arts, but it concentrates more on the internal strength of a person and on their spirit. 

Tai chi combines slow, light and graceful movements to focus the mind, challenge the body, and improve the flow of the life energy thought to sustain health and quiet the mind. In fact, almost anyone can do it, regardless of their age and gender, it is not complicated, and therefore anybody is able to learn its basics. Tai Chi positively influences the whole body. The meditation itself combines the flow and movement coordination along with breathing techniques (so called belly breathing).

 

Warm up
Gentle exercises to relax the muscles, tendons and joints.

The stretching exercises enhance the range of moves within the joints.
The moves are slow, coordinated with breathing techniques. The basic level learner will get to know the right posture and step, advanced learners will perfect their moves by working out in pairs.
