Ingredients
500 g pork
2 fresh green chilli pepper
1 large onion chopped into cubes
4 tablespoons pineapple juice
3 pineapple slices, chopped into cubes
3 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 cloves minced garlic
salt
Preparation
- Cut chilli peppers lengthwise, remove seeds and chop into small slices.
Chop pork into small long strips. - Fry onion, garlic and chilli in a frying pan for 3 minutes with 2 spoons of oil.
- Use the remaining oil to fry meat separately, seasoning it with salt and ginger.
- Add pineapples, onion mix and add pineapple juice. Cook everything over low heat for 3 minutes stirring constantly.
Serving:Serve with rice.
