Traditionally it consists of rice seasoned with vinegar, fish, sea food, vegetables and other local delicacies.

Ingredients

9 tablespoons sushi rice
9 strips of nori algae - 10 x 4 cm
3 teaspoons black caviar
3 teaspoons red caviar
3 teaspoons yellow caviar
1 teaspoon wasabi – horseradish

Preparation
  • Form a rice roll and spread it with wasabi
  • Wrap each sushi roll with nori strip, leave about a centimetre of seaweed uncovered.
  • Put some caviar on the roll.


Serving:Decorate sushi with a green leaf and serve on a wooden tray.
