Stretching - the muscles in good shape
Stretching does not take a lot of time; it is advisable for people at any age. After doing the exercise we stretch the group of muscles that took active part in it. You can take any position you like: lying down, sitting or standing up. You get the best effects when you are relaxed and quieted. A harmonious type of exercise will prevent any type of muscular atrophy.
A few useful tips:
Before you stretch you need to warm up.
You can not do an exercise if you feel pain as it will only burden you up too much.
You should stretch slowly not to lock the joints, because this will make unnecessary burden.
You need to remember breathing; air should be inhaled through the nose and exhaled through your mouth.
You cannot compare yourself to anyone. Everyone is flexible in his own way.
