Step has been a popular sports discipline among both women and men for over 20 years. Adjustable plastic platforms are available for purchase from athletic retail stores. Everyone should adjust the platform to their height and fitness level.
Various training for the whole body
Usually routines are verified and enjoyed by people who like changes and will get bored if the routines are the same. The higher the step the more calories can be burned, but you need to be careful while exercising and do it with a certified leader.
You can do up to 250 routines with the platform, aimed at lower and upper part of the body. Work out consists of basic steps with a combination of a few more difficult ones.
Warm up. It’s best to do it on a floor without the platform.
Proper exercise. At this time of training there is enough choreography comprised of different steps with a series of more or less demanding efforts.
Cool down. At the end of the exercises it is good to stretch.
