Spring diet
Spring energy
After Christmas and the craziness of carnival we feel heavy, we lack energy and have problems with skin. Therefore it is good to try a light spring diet that will make us feel better in seven days.

You should shred vegetables into thin pieces with a small blade; you can use carrots, red beets, turnip, kohlrabi and radish. With thicker blade you can shred zucchini and artichoke. Thin strips are good with cabbage, onion, cucumbers, dill and celery. Zucchini, tomatoes, peppers and spinach slice into thick strips. This way of preparing vegetables will allow the body to use the most of the minerals and vitamins contained in them.

The diet’s base is low protein foods, those rich in complex carbohydrates and fiber. You need to limit fat and sugar.
Breakfast
Your choice: fitness bread (3 pieces), 40 g wholemeal roll, salad or corn flakes with shredded apple and vegetables. Coffee or tea, no sugar.
Lunch
40 g wholemeal roll and a glass of vegetable juice, no sugar
Dinner
Salads
Tea
40 g wholemeal roll and a glass of vegetable juice, no sugar
Supper
Your choice: 2 medium potatoes cooked in skin, a small plate of salads or vegetable soup.
Before bedtime
snack 40 g wholemeal roll and a glass of vegetable juice, no sugar. After two days you should add milk and dairy products (about 15 g dairy products daily) to your menu. To support the cleansing effect of the diet, you should drink at least 2 litres still water daily.
The diet should not take longer than 7 days since there is a low protein intake and saturated fats.
