Basic dish for every Italian, both the farmers from the north and Mafiosos love it. Recommended for people in love. There are many variations to this dish.

Ingredients
500 g spaghetti
4 tomatoes
100 g tuna in oil
½ parsley sprouts
Finely chopped lemon skin – from ½ lemon
4 tablespoons olive oil
pepper, salt
Preparation
- Cook spaghetti so that it is „al dente” which in Italian language means „to the tooth”. When it is ideally cooked it should be firm, slightly hard but not too much. It should be boiled in plenty of salted water and drained.
- Peel tomatoes, deseed and slice. Mince garlic. Rinse parsley and chop it.
- Drain tuna from oil, separate it into small pieces.
- Preheat a frying pan and fry garlic, add tuna, tomatoes and a dash of pepper. Keep it frying for about 10 minutes.
- Add pasta, fry it over low heat for about 4 minutes, and stir everything well.
Serving:Serve with sprinkled parsley and lemon peel.
