Ingredients

300 g lean pork
8 pieces of pita bread
2 hard tomatoes
2 onions
green parsley
100 g butter
pepper, salt, oregano
shashlik skewers

Preparation
  • Wash and dry the meat, rub in the seasoning. Cut it into 8 equal pieces, thread them on skewers and grill them.
  • Cut tomatoes into thin slices. Chop onions and parsley.
  • Butter pita bread before putting in on grill.
  • Remove skewers from meat, put one piece of meat on bread with some onion, tomatoes and parsley on the top. If needed, spice it with ground pepper.


Serving:Roll up the bread so that meat and vegetables stay inside. Serve hot.
