Ingredients
2-3 tbsp olive oil
1 kg peeled prawns
50 g unsalted butter
2-3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 tbsp chopped parsley
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 crunchy baguettes, cut into thick slices
Preparation
- Warm up a flat pan, add oil, fry the prawns in batches.
- Dry the pan with a clean paper towel, add butter and warm it up until foam starts to form.
- Add garlic and parsley and cook for 1-2 minutes until they get brown.
- Then add the prawns onto the hot pan. Season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle everything with lemon juice and shake it to cover the prawns with the sauce.
