Nowadays pizza is popular all over the world, from Alaska to the coasts of Australia. Depending on taste, we serve it on thick, medium or thin crust.

Ingredients
Crust:
400 g flour
200 ml lukewarm water
25 g yeast
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt, grease for the baking tin
Topping:
4 tomatoes
1 green pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 red pepper
120 g black olives
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon oregano
2 tablespoons shredded peccorino cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt
Preparation
- Sift flour over the board. In the middle make a hole and crumb in yeast, add oil and a dash of salt. Pour over water and start kneading it with hands until smooth. Then lay dough on a bowl sprinkled with flour and let sit for 30 minutes in a warm place to rise.
- Wash and deseed peppers, slice them thinly. Then for 15 minutes fry them with chopped garlic in 1 tablespoon of oil over low heat. Peel tomatoes, deseed and chop them. Pit olives. Mix them with tomatoes and peppers. Stir everything.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces. Working on one ball of dough at a time, take one and flatten it with your hands, put it onto a well oiled aluminium foil.
- Put your topping on each crust. Sprinkle with shredded cheese, oregano and some olive oil. Bake 15-20 minutes in a baking oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius.
