Physical activities play an important part in our lives, but only very few do some kind of sport on a regular basis. Everyone is able to find something suitable for themselves. What’s most effective and beneficial for our health are outdoor activities. The positive influence of physical activities can also be seen in the psychological sphere. Exercise decreases fear, helps fight depression, improves the quality of sleep and our subjective estimation of the way we feel.

What’s more, physical effort, when undertaken in a group, has a great integrating aspect. Physical activity is also a way of escaping from everyday problems; it allows us to forget about daily stress, because we’re so involved in training. Thanks to physical effort, we have better moods, which influences our perception.

Physical activities increases our bodies’ calorie consumption, which helps reduce body mass and maintain its proper weight. Regular exercises influence our digestive system positively, it decreases our appetite and helps to reduce body fat. Physical  exercise makes us not only look better, but to feel better, and we avoid many problems connected with being overweight.

If health benefits are not a sufficient reason to become active, maybe the way that exercise influences our libido will be a better argument. When we do sports, the hormone responsible for our sex-drive is released. Sports also have a great influence on our physical appearance and being attractive to the opposite sex.
