Mushrooms contain more group B vitamins than fresh vegetables. A leader in riboflavin or vitamin B2 content, which decreases the frequency of headache attacks in people suffering from migraines. Headaches may also be caused by fatigue, which can be prevented by pantothenic acid.

Straight from Paris
