Milk diet

Milk diet is safe for anyone at any age. It is simple and effective.
Milk and honey
It provides the body with necessary proteins. It is especially favoured by those who like milky products, cottage cheese as well as vegetable broth and honey.
 
 
milk diet plan simply drinking some extra milk to supplement a normal weight loss plan.
 

It can be applied from Friday to Sunday, and the rest of the week you can have almost anything, besides fatty meats and cakes. The only condition is to decrease the regular portion by half. 

 

Also one milky meal is recommended at lunch time from Monday to Thursday.

EH means eat half

Milk diet is based on milk and its products, it relies on the EH rule. Therefore eat 50% of your usual daily portion.



The diet takes 10 days, then you should repeat it once a month.
 
Menu -  MONDAY TO THURSDAY

Recommended daily milky meal.
250 g cottage cheese
150 g yoghurt
2 teaspoons honey
Mix all the ingredients carefully.
Honey drink
Still mineral water with lemon juice and 1 teaspoon honey.

 
FRIDAY

Breakfast
Half a glass of boiled water, best if taken before getting out of bed
A cup of low fat milk with a teaspoon of cocoa and honey
Afternoon snack
1 litre water to be drunk in small portions
1 orange or grapefruit
Lunch
Beefsteak (150 g) or 200g cooked fish with herbs or 200g white meat
2 hours later
150g yoghurt with a teaspoon of honey
Around 4 p.m.
honey drink
After 7 p.m.
3 cups of vegetable broth (no salt) to be drunk at 10-minute intervals
3 portions of cooked vegetables – to be eaten at 20-minute intervals
Before bedtime
1 portion of yoghurt with a teaspoon of honey or a glass of honey drink.

 
SATURDAY
Morning
Before getting out of bed drink the following in half an hour intervals: 1,5l water, juice from 2 grapefruits, a glass of milk with a teaspoon of cocoa and a teaspoon of honey, half a litre of broth
In the afternoon
150g yoghurt with a teaspoon of honey
2 hours later
honey drink
Supper
200 g roast trout
1 portion of green vegetables with light vinaigrette sauce
Before bedtime
1 portion of yoghurt with a teaspoon of honey
 

SUNDAY

Morning
0,5 l water, juice from 1 grapefruit
15 minutes later
cocoa with honey and low fat milk
Before Afternoon
1l water drunk 1 glass very half an hour
Lunch
100g chicken breast or turkey, cooked or roast without grease, or 200g lean fish
Green vegetable salad with lemon juice
3 p.m.
apple compote
5 p.m.
1 glass of honey drink
Supper
a portion of vegetables with olive oil or butter, 1 cooked or baked potato
Before bed
1 glass yoghurt with honey or honey drink
