This dish can be both a snack and a base of a main dish. Thais usually have Mi Krop at work.

Ingredients
Mi krop:
170 g rice noodles
2 eggs
3 tbsp finely chopped marinated garlic
3 tbsp chopped shallots
120 g pork
120 g fresh prawns
3 cups oil
Sauce:
1 tomato
2 tsp Garcinia Cambogia extract
2 tsp lime juice
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp lemon peel
1 tsp fish sauce
For decoration:
Spring onions
Chilli
½ cup tofu cubes
Preparation
- Heat up 3 cups of oil. Break up rice noodles. Dip small amounts of noodles in the cooking oil. When they turn brown immediately take them out. Place noodles on a paper towel to dry.
- Beat the eggs with a fork, and then add them to the cooking oil so that you have strips. Take them out and cut into strips.
- Fry tofu.
- Leave some oil in the pan and fry marinated garlic and shallots in it.
- Chop pork and fry it.
- Clean, cut and fry prawns. Combine all ingredients, except for tofu, and place them on a plate.
- Mix all the ingredients so that you have a sauce from all the juices.
Serving:Serve noodles decorated with spring onion, chilli and tofu. Serve the sauce in a small dish, so that everyone can pour it over the dish at any time.
