The Latin diet can not only influence our health, but it will also improve our moods, since it is so full of energetic exoticism.
Be activeThe most important element of the diet is to be active. You have to live ready for a change in your lifestyle, paying more attention to exercise. Without doing sports: running or at least dancing, the Latin diet makes no sense.

Pasta, nuts and wholemeal breads are also recommended. These ingredients should be present in every meal. You can have poultry, rice or milk products once a day. You should limit sweets, eggs and meat to only once a week.
A couple of tipsThe diet restricts the drinking of alcohol in large quantities, but it stresses drinking a lot of water. Regular fruit snacks are a vital element of the diet. Treat yourself a couple of times a day to papaya, pineapple, guava or mango.
