Horseradish

Horseradish contains phosphorous, sulphur, potassium, calcium, iron, sodium, magnesium and vitamins A, B, C and E.
Horseradish has anti bacterial, anti viral and anti fungal effects. Stimulating the metabolic rate, regulating the work of the kidneys and the body’s resistance. It contains more vitamin C than lemons or oranges, and in terms of the phytoncides it ranks highly following onions and garlic. It’s particularly recommended in transitional periods the year (i.e. autumn winter and winter spring) in order to provide the body with the necessary vitamins and mineral salts.
