The participants of the annual competition organised by Bonduelle Food Service are chef heads as well as cooks.

Food competition conducted by Bonduelle allows people from metropolis to small towns to participate in the programme
Bonduelle conducts the competition preliminaries on a regional basis to allow not only people from big metropolises, but also from smaller towns to participate in it. In this way the real "latent talents" were discovered on more than one occasion! The competitions are nationwide and their adjudications are accompanied by prestigious events, often of international nature, for example: trade fairs, conventions, conferences.

The finalists and winners of this competition are awarded with the GREEN CAP OF BONDUELLE trophy and become the members of the exclusive "Green Cap of Bonduelle” club, which provides them with unlimited access to trainings and other prestigious events offered and organised by Bonduelle Food Service.
These people often gain significant authority in the trade and get better jobs and their professional carrier gathers momentum and takes on splendour.
