Ingredients
30 frog legs
1 lemon
300 ml white dry wine
30 ml lager
20 ml cream
10 g butter
egg yolk
10 g butter
10 g wheat flour
2 garlic cloves
2 shallots
green parsley chopped
salt and pepper
Preparation
- Soak frog legs in bear for 2 hours, drain them.
- Dip legs in flour. In frying pan melt butter, add chopped shallots and garlic, adding gradually frogs legs. Fry them for 10 minutes, until gold – do not burn them. Season, add white wine, sauté under cover for another 10 minutes.
- Whip egg yolk and mix batter with cream. Pour over frog legs in a frying pan. Add lemon juice and parsley.
Serving:Serve frog legs with sauce they were sautéed in.
