Flat belly diet

A diet for those who do not like to spend too much time in the kitchen cooking. They like to eat a little but often. On the top of that they want to have a slimmer waist and hips.
Diet and exercise
It is not a diet for those who only wish to lose weight, because, with the right set of work out, it is aimed at strengthening and firming abdomen muscles.

During one day you should drink no more than 450g skim milk, 150g low sugar fruit juice, tea and coffee (with milk from the daily allowance) no sugar. You can drink as much water as you like. The diet should take 4 weeks, at the end of it you should limit yourself to low fat products and you can increase calorie intake. 

 

A set of flat belly exercises:

Twists with your head up
Lie on the back with hands stretched out to the sides. Lift straight legs up, bend the right leg. Inhale and with your left bended hand push your head to the left, at the same time pull your right leg to the left. Exhale, lower your legs and head to the floor. Repeat exercise 8 times, each time into different side.

Lifting and lowering your trunk
Kneel down on the floor and rest yourself on bended arms so that the hands rest one next to the other, lower your abdomen to the floor so it looks like a cat’s back. Relax and return to your original position. When you lift yourself inhale and exhale when you lower yourself. Repeat exercise 8 times.
Legs and hands up
Lie on your back, fold your hands behind your head, the elbows should be lifted up. Slowly pull your head up and lift your straight legs. When you pull up do not lift your back and buttocks from the floor. When you lift your head inhale, when you lower your head and legs exhale. Repeat the exercise 8 times
 

The base for the diet that allows us to enjoy a flat belly is three low fat meals a day. One must avoid eating between meals. The list of forbidden products includes: sweets, cakes, oil and other fats, cheeses (except for light farmer’s cheese), fried foods, and meats like sausage and pate.
It is recommended to have three healthy, balanced meals a day: breakfast, lunch and dinner with entrée, main course and dessert.

Breakfast:
50g cornflakes with 1 tsp sugar and 115 g fresh fruit
Lunch:
A rye bread sandwich with 1 hard boiled egg, sliced and mixed with low fat yoghurt or salad dressing
Main meal:
Entrée:
Fresh vegetables with garlic and mint dip
Main course:
beef and mushrooms kebab
or
macaroni casserole
or
chicken pilaf
Dessert:
1 low calorie chocolate mousse or strawberry dessert.
