Five times a day diet

A serving of vegetables isn’t really that much. Nutritionists say that a serving can be a medium size piece of fruit, half a cup of vegetables, 200ml fruit or vegetable juice or a handful of dry fruit.

Fruit and vegetables contain valuable nutritious ingredients: vitamins, minerals, enzymes, fiber, antioxidants, therefore they have such a good influence on our body. Besides they are tasty, they smell great and look wonderful. They help digestion by increasing digestive juices.
Breakfast
Half a glass of vegetable juice (carrot, carrot and celery, tomato), you can add chicory to your sandwich, or leeks and radish. It is good to add fruit to your cereal.
Lunch
Vegetable salad with a piece of dark bread, or a sandwich with salad, sprouts, cucumber or pickles, peppers or tomato.
Dinner
Soup with fresh herbs (parsley, leeks or basil) for the first course. For the main course you can chose meat or fish with steamed vegetables and a salad. It is good to eat barley with steamed vegetables with herbs.
Tea
A piece of fruit.
Supper
If you didn’t have dinner, you can have vegetable soup (but not with meat stock). You cannot forget about vegetables with your sandwich.
