Fitness
It is quite difficult to define the term "fitness"
We can explain it as “phisical fitness”, “good sportsmanship”. It is a way of living, where healthy nutrition and physical activity combine. The methods have been presented by professional sportsmen and have been used in fitness clubs. The kind of training that combines aerobic exercises with weightlifting and the right diet can be called fitness.
What is fitness training? The activities start and end with aerobic exercises. These can include exercise bikes, treadmill etc. They help reduce body fat.
Strength training. The right set of exercises adjusted to your needs. With the help from your instructor you will be able to work on specific muscles to develop them or firm them.
A diet aimed at keeping the right body weight.
You can achieve fast results if you have individual training sessions, and they concentrate on your specific needs (slimming, shaping your body, body building).
