Cut down on floury foods and sweets
Floury foods and sweets provide the body with carbohydrates, which immediately transform into body fat. When you cut down on floury foods and sweets, by your body automatically changes its metabolism. What’s more, instead of getting your energy from a chocolate bar, you derive it from your own accumulated body fat. The result? The best part of this diet: you’re not walking around hungry, but still lose excess kilograms. How? By simply eating more proteins.
Remember: This diet only makes sense when it becomes your lifestyle. You don’t have to give up your main source of carbohydrates: bread and pasta. It’s enough to limit them to a great extent. Once you have the figure of your dreams, you can start introducing carbohydrates gradually, in small portions. If you return to eating sweets every day, you’ll come back to your original weight.
You will be healthier and more beautiful
Your blood cholesterol will drop. You’ll also have lower blood pressure. Three months is the most appropriate time for this diet. In this period you’ll lose weight quickly and permanently.
The balanced diet allows you to stay young. The human body is mainly composed of proteins. When you eat proteins, you provide your body with amino acids – they are like bricks, creating tissues. The cells in your body will regenerate and you’ll look younger and more beautiful. You’ll forget about skin problems, hair problems, nail issues, dark circles under your eyes or grey complexion – your skin will become radiant.
What can you eat and how much?
- Meat and dairy products - You should choose lean meat, preferably chicken or turkey, low-fat cheeses and salt- or fresh-water fish.
- Water - It’s important to drink at least 2 litres of water a day. Water cleanses the body of toxins and excess metabolism products.
- Cake, bread, floury products - This diet limits drastically carbohydrate intake from these products, since they are responsible for storing fats, which is equivalent to extra kilograms.
- Good fats - The best fats for us are unsaturated, derived mainly from plants and fish. This diet looks favourably upon nuts and almonds.
- Vegetables and fruit - Required in large quantities. This is where our body gets carbohydrates; they are healthier than the carbs found in cakes or bread.
Other reasons to feel healthier
In order to lose weight and look more beautiful it’s not enough to only eat differently. You need to exercise more. Only this way you will tame the hormones responsible for your weight gain. Regular exercises will have a great effect on your metabolism and this will help you maintain a slim figure. You can choose brisk walking, swimming, jogging, riding a bike.

Sample menu:
Breakfast: Rye bread toast, 2 slices of ham, a slice of low-fat cheese, 1 cup of yoghurt
Snack: 1 apple
Lunch : salmon fried in non-stick pan without oil, a 16-dag new aubergine, fried with 1 teaspoon of olive oil, 2 rye crackers, a bowl of fruit salad made with seasonal fruit (or with frozen fruit)
Tea: 1 cup of low-fat yoghurt
Dinner: fish (cod, walleye, hake, flounder) fried in non-stick pan without oil, 10 dag spinach leaves, steamed, sprinkled with lemon juice, a few leaves of lettuce with a teaspoon of olive oil, 2 crackers
