1/2 glass of kefir mixed with onion, cucumber, seasoned with dill and a touch of horseradish, salt and pepper.
Dinner
A sandwich: Two thin slices of whole-grain bread with low-fat butter, a few leaves of lettuce, 2 tomatoes, ½ cucumber, 2 tablespoons cottage cheese with a little onion, leeks, seasoned with salt, pepper and herbs of your choice.
