Ideal diet for people who do not have enough free will to endure a diet longer than one day.

This one-day diet is a pure pleasure, you eat 5 times, and you do not sense hunger, you feel full.
 
 
A sprinters diet plan is tuned to the individual. Provides proper nutrition to develop and repair muscles, along with adequate fuel.
 Useful hintsThree meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) are larger, then a snack and tea. All day you can drink herbal or fruit teas without sugar.

Sprinters workouts are going to make your body extremely fit especially if you happen to be an athlete or a sprinter.
 
Good mood
It refreshes you, enhances digestion, gives you a feeling of being light, mental comfort, and keeps you in good mood.
 

The base is raw or slightly cooked fruit and vegetables (3-5 minutes in salty water).

Menu
Breakfast
Muesli with 3 tablespoon corn flakes, whole apple shredded, with a glass of sour milk.
Snack
2 tablespoons cottage cheeses with 3 shredded carrots, seasoned with lemon juice, salt and white ground pepper.
Lunch
Chickory or lettuce, 3 carrots, cucumber, 2 tomatoes, 1 onion, hard boiled eggs, seasoned with lemon, salt and pepper, olive oil, 1 teaspoon of shredded horseradish, decorated with leeks.
Tea
1/2 glass of kefir mixed with onion, cucumber, seasoned with dill and a touch of horseradish, salt and pepper.
Dinner
A sandwich: Two thin slices of whole-grain bread with low-fat butter, a few leaves of lettuce, 2 tomatoes, ½ cucumber, 2 tablespoons cottage cheese with a little onion, leeks, seasoned with salt, pepper and herbs of your choice.
