Ingredients
1 tin of corn
0,5 butter stick
1 onion
1l stock
1 tablespoon flour
Salt, pepper
Preparation
- Melt butter in a frying pan, glaze the onion, add corn from the tin, mix the water from the corn with the stock. Fry the ingredients a bit.
- Mix flour with a few spoons of water, add the mixture to the onions with corn and stir everything thoroughly
- Add the mixture to the stock, cook it stirring continually for about 15 minutes
- Season with salt and pepper
Serving suggestion:
Serve warm, with a bit of cream or sprinkle it with nutmeg, can be served with a few slices of celery
