We should include green tea, nuts and bread in our daily diet. Drinking sake or beer should be moderated. Sweets, poultry or eggs are allowed, but not more often than once a week. The greatest limitation concerns meat – only once a week.

If you apply the rules of the Asian cuisine you will definitely diminish the risk of falling into civilization’s diseases.
