Lunch:
a cup of tea, 2 slices of dark bread with sausage
Dinner:
chicken soup, steamed vegetables, a glass of vegetable juice
Afternoon tea:
a glass of tomato juice
Supper:
a glass of milk, bread roll, cottage cheese
Breakfast:
a cup of tea with milk, bread roll, eggs on bacon
Lunch:
a cup of coffee (without sugar), a sandwich with banana
Dinner:
chicken salad with pasta, an orange
Afternoon tea:
3 rice wafers with cottage cheese
Supper:
a piece of roast chicken, potato puree, vegetable salad with olive oil, sauce
Breakfast:
a glass of vegetable juice, a slice of bread
Lunch:
2 slices of bread, cheese, an apple
Dinner:
vegetable soup, a piece of beef, 2 boiled potatoes, letucce with vinaigrette sauce
Afternoon tea:
a glass of carrot juice, a piece of sponge cake
Supper:
curry with fried rice
