THIRD DAY

Breakfast:
a glass of vegetable juice, a slice of bread
Lunch:
2 slices of bread, cheese, an apple
Dinner:
vegetable soup, a piece of beef, 2 boiled potatoes, letucce with vinaigrette sauce
Afternoon tea:
a glass of carrot juice, a piece of sponge cake
Supper:
curry with fried rice

Notice:
- In case of meat, portions are no larger than 150 grams
- soups are no more than 350 ml per serving
- fruit – up to 150 g
- vegetables – up to 300 g
- potatoes – up to 150 g
